Level 1 Certification Cohort - Galesburg Location

The purpose of the Level 1 Certification Cohort is to assist brand new or novice users of G Suite for Education in becoming a Level 1 Google Certified Educator. This Cohort will walk you through the Google Training Center Modules, provide practice activities, and provide support when questions arise. The Cohort will be facilitated using a blended learning approach. Participants will be asked to complete Google's online training modules prior to attending face-to-face sessions. During these sessions, participants will be provided with activities to strengthen their knowledge and build skills based on the training modules.

While the modules, practice activities, and support will provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the exam, it is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given to individuals who do not complete the Cohort or do not pass the exam.

The Cohort is an 9 week program beginning October 3rd and ending December 12th. There will be two dates and locations available each week. Attendance at both locations are not required. While the primary goal is to become Level 1 Google Certified Educators, 1 PD Clock Hour will be awarded for each module completed (with evidence) and each session attended.
