Behavioral Health Professional Learning Communities (Early Childhood - Grade 4

Description: A year-long education opportunity for collaborative learning around the topic of behavioral health. Michele Carmichael, Behavioral Health Supports Consultant for ROE #33, will facilitate a grade-banded monthly conversation to build the capacity of district-identified staff to support students with behavioral health needs. Some topics covered will be district/school Climate & Culture, Classroom Management, Trauma-informed Practices, along with topics identified by participants. This will be facilitated through blended learning activities. Online meetings will be bookended by face-to-face introduction and conclusion meetings. Individuals attending and completing the full series requirements will be provided a "Whole Child" Toolkit at the final session. Virtual Dates (3:30pm - 5:00pm) 12/7, 1/11, 2/1, 3/1. Final Face to Face 4/5/18 9:00am - 3:30pm
