Surrender the 1 Up Train the Trainer

Surrendering the one up relationship is the key to motivating the difficult to reach student. It involves the following:
- Communicating to all your students that they have value and worth because of who they are, not because of their accomplishments or failures.
- Acknowledging to students that they are the experts on their own lives.
- Consistently looking at the positive attributes of your students.

In this Train the Trainer workshop, participants will learn how to teach this 9 module curriculum that can be put into practice immediately to help create a more positive and motivating school culture. The modules can fit into school meetings or institute days. A building administrator must attend with any additional staff who plan to teach this content in their school.
