This book study will be a deeper dive into Dr. Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey's book, What Happened To You? Participants will learn to better understand themselves and others by understanding brain organization, stress response systems and how teaching and learning occur.

This book study runs from August through December and is FREE and open to school staff and community members. Participants can earn up to 15 PD hours:
10 hours for reading the book and completing online coursework reflections
1 hour per month (up to 5 months) for each Zoom monthly call attended on the second Thursday of the month from 3:30-4:30 PM
*Books will be provided to participants who sign up by July 31st. After that date, participants must purchase their own book.
