Trauma-Informed De-escalation

Joe McQueen will provide a 7 hour in-person professional development workshop to educators, administrators, and staff within Amanda. This training is called, "Trauma Informed De-escalation" and is intended for administrators, teachers, school staff members, and school support providers who wish to understand more about the process of de-escalation and the benefits it has on the whole school culture and climate. Joe will provide all training materials for the workshop. The ROE 26 & ROE 33 Professional Development Consortium will provide 7 hours of PD credit to all attendees. ACE Amandla Charter High School Will provide the location for the training as well as access to a screen to display presentation slides.
