This presentation will empower leaders with practical strategies to effectively support their staff during times of grief and loss. Attendees will learn how to cultivate a compassionate and grief-sensitive community and obtain examples of grief rituals that will create space for staff to acknowledge personal experience and navigate their own grief journeys.
